Do Open Houses really Work?  YES they do! It's not necessarily the Actual Open House that works, It's the Lead up to the Open House! Realtors let EVERYONE know they are at a Open House. For us at Will Hickey and Associates, we advertise 1-2 weeks in advance for the Open House to generate a buzz! So that might mean, some private showings are already being booked prior to the Open house! Then The Signage! ooh the signage we make sure that no one gets Lost trying to find this Home! Every corner in and around for about a mile radius GETS a SIGN!! There are some Down times during open houses... but at Will Hickey and Associates we utilize that time to do more social media and to advertise the home even more!
